I am a candidate for Palm Beach County School Board, District 1, including Jupiter, Jupiter Inlet Colony, Palm Beach Gardens, Tequesta, Juno Beach, North Palm Beach, Palm Beach Shores, and parts of West Palm Beach and unincorporated West Palm Beach.
I've chosen to run because I am passionate about making sure all of our children have the opportunities they deserve. As a professor of education, former policy-maker, business woman, and mom, I know education. I also know Palm Beach schools. However, I've never been on the payroll, so I don't owe any favors or have any biases. I can be courageous, wise and objective.
